number of guest, hoer devours, main courses, side dishes, desserts and all the
serving equipment and help that's needed. We are informal and we
prefer to use heavy grade plastic materials for

| Boxer Barbeque Company is a store based and a mobile barbeque catering
business operating in the Midwestern states. We use a
custom made BBQ pit and our own combination of custom Rubs and
Sauces. We smoke with a combination of Hickory, Apple,
Peach, Pecan and our "secret wood" for a taste that defines our "Midwestern BBQ"
as a unique flavor not found anywhere else! |
